I feel proud of being one of the first two members to join Askar Mechatronics Systems in the year 2002. It has been about 18 years since I started  working at Askar Mechatronics and it indeed  has been  a very enriching experience  to be  a part of building a Team to work  with. The proper direction & the excellent path  shown by Management to bring a changeover from Conventional Job order machine shop to CNC machine shop. I am grateful to the  organization for  making me an important member of the team for this task & make it a success. Further the dedicated work force with good technical knowledge has been successful in developing the export worthy product within a span of 3years. As a MM person working since 2002 with ASKAR Group, developing new sources for Continual Improvements by identifying the Capabilities & constraints with existing source/s. Our SAP ERP system also contributes to our efforts in meeting the timely needs of Production with dedicated Technicians & Engineers. ASKAR is catering more than 29 Quality products to Market which is a mirror image of the Organization moving in a right direction. Culture of the organization supports a positive and productive environment. I am working in this organization since 25 years. The organization has given an opportunity and the management has guided me to learn new things in different areas of finance and accounts. Askar Microns working culture is totally different and people work as a joint family and the management takes care of everybody's needs whether employee, supplier or customer with the hard working and excellent guidance of MD the company/people have progressed well.

Have been working as a CNC & Automation technology Designer innovating technology to compete with ever changing market since 2001 with Askar  Group. I have joined This organization in 1996 January & still continuing with the same zeal & positive attitude. In this Organization I have learnt a lot on machine tool development activities since the day one on account of positive encouragement from top management. We have developed a  lot of SPM machines/Custom built  special requirements where in we could able to involve to the minute aspects of customer requirements due to the positive encouragement  from the management. Today ASKAR MICRONS is capable of facing global competition due to the strong research & development team built over the years. I am proud to be associated with this Organization over the past 24 years having developed so many special requirements with in short span of time.
